  • Who is this audience?

  • What learning need is this program addressing?

  • What are the behavioral outcomes?

  • What is unique about this program?

  • What types of learning constrains exist?

  • What have they already learned?

  • What did the students like last year?

  • What did the students dislike/suggest changes for last year?

Design

  • What was the old structure?

  • What should be the new structure?

  • What standards need to be in place to be considered service learning?

  • How do you combine service learning with leadership development?

  • What leadership model will be most effective?

  • How will it all work with the pre-determined service groups?

Development

  • What does the retreat look like? What is the content for it?

  • What does the year look like?

  • What lessons will we teach?

Implementation

  • What will this look like in real life?

  • Will it work?

Evaluation

  • Did we achieve our behavioral outcomes?

  • What aspects of the program worked well?

  • What could be improved upon for next year?

  • What do the students have to say?

  • How will we proceed next year?
